DK9 Reports

Barham Parish Council would like the DK9 security patrols to be made public to the village.  It is therefore our intention to make a short weekly blog post of the undertakings of DK9. 
For the first blog we will give a summary of the incidents which have taken place over the first 7 weeks, since the patrols commenced on the 14th December 2020.

 

Week 14th December;

Suspicious vehicles parked in the carpark at Barham Church.

Homeless less person also parked in the carpark at Barham Church.

A lot of activity taking place after dark at the recreation ground in Claydon, including teenagers on foot, vehicles parked there and evidence of drugs use. 

Damage to fencing on the A14 flyover.

Vehicles parked at the Scout Hut, people smoking drugs.

Fly tipping.

 

Week 21st December;

Fly tipping at Claydon recreation ground.

Evidence of drinking and drug use at the garages by the Scout Hut.

Suspicious activity in fields by Barham Church.

Potential poaching in fields adjacent to Coopers Road.

 

Week 29th December;

Large concrete block causing an obstruction in the middle of Norwich Road.

Flying tipping at the recreation ground Claydon

Fly tipping in Sandy Lane.

Smoking drugs at the recreation ground, Claydon.

Suspicious vehicles in the church car park.

 

Week 4th January;

Speeding along Norwich Road.

Trespassing at the picnic site.

Fly tipping.

Suspicious vehicles parked at the recreation ground Claydon and Barham Church car park.

Shotgun sounds across Barham.

 

Week 11th January;

Fly tipping and evidence of drug use at the recreation ground Claydon.

Speeding Norwich Road.

Evidence of drug use in the carpark at Barham Church.

Goat escaped from a field and found in the road.

Bag full of dead pheasants found along Coopers Road.

Known trouble makers causing a disturbance at the recreation ground Claydon.

 

Week 18th January;

Fly tipping in Sandy Lane.

Evidence of drug use at the recreation ground Claydon.

Fire Hazard reported in Lincoln Gardens.

 

Week 25th January;

Aggressive threatening behaviour at Barham Fishing Lakes.

Fly tipping Glebeway.
